Unfortunately we don’t offer samples, however, why not check out our bundles so that you can try a variety of what we can offer.
We recommend storing in a cool, dark place away from excessive heat, a kitchen cupboard or pantry works fine.
We can happily say that the only ingredient our coffee bags contain is exactly that, 100% freshly roasted coffee :) The coffee may have different taste notes in their descriptors, but these only refer to how the coffee tastes and not the actual ingredients.
The only exception to this may be seasonal flavoured coffees but these will be made very clear in the description and on the bag itself if any traces of other ingredients may be present.
There are absolutely zero calories in a cup / serving of coffee.
Some customers do this, and it is a perfectly reasonable method to freeze coffee for a longer period, but we prefer to keep it fresh, as coffee consumed within 1 month of its roast date is always best.
So why not get yourself a monthly subscription and make sure that your coffee is always as fresh as it can be!
To qualify for free shipping, the cart must be over $65 after any discount has been applied.
After adding everything you wish to purchase to your cart, click checkout and you will be able to add the promotional code from the right-hand side of the form in the box that states "Gift card or promotional code".
All orders within the US are set at a standard price of $9 unless free shipping is offered through various promotions or spend amounts (these qualifying factors can change without notice).
To start we will only be shipping to the US but plan to expand internationally soon!
Standard Shipping Service:
Once roasted and packed shipping is expected to be around 1-5 business working days.
(During peak times such as Christmas, this time frame can be extended slightly but we will make every effort to dispatch your delivery as soon as possible)
Pre - Orders:
If you've made a pre-order. Firstly, thank you! Your pre-order has been placed and we expect your product will be shipped out as soon as physically possible as mentioned in your order confirmation email.
After your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email containing a tracking number. Clicking on the attached hyperlink will allow you to track where your order is.
Yes, if it's still processing and hasn't begun being roasted and packed, however please note we cannot guarantee this is possible as sometimes the systems can be delayed in updating.
An order confirmation email containing your order information is sent as soon as an order is placed. This is sent to the email that was used when placing the order. Sometimes however, this confirmation email can go straight to your spam folder, so please make sure you check there too. If you still can’t find the order confirmation email, please get in touch with our support (email@example.com) and we will assist as much we can.
Coffee and Merchandise will ship seperatley. This is becuase we roast fresh for every order to ensure you always have the highest quality cup of coffee available.
Absolutley! All you have to do is create an account or sign into one if you already have one. Only customers who are part of the programme can build up their spesh points for all the discounts and freebies, so what're you waiting for :)
All you need to is log into your account page and you will see all your spesh points waiting for you!
You'll see the options to redeem your points in your account section. You can redeem your points for $5, $10, $15 & $25 vouchers to use towards your next order.
Redeemed perks (such as '$5 off vouchers') expire after 6 months if not used. VIP levels will reset annually on the anniversary of you the accounts activation.
Unfortunately not, you can only use one discount code at a time.
If you are logged into your account there will be a rewards section at the bottom left. If you click this and go to the 'Refer friends and earn' section you will see a sharable link, send this to your chosen friend/ friend's and both of you will earn $5 off once they place their first order.
Subscription / Account
Our subscribe and save is the easiest way to keep your coffee cravings at bay. All our subscriptions are processed with a 10% discount, so you’ll be saving both time and money!
Your card will be charged on the date of your subscription renewal, which is set to every 4 weeks by default after you’ve placed your first subscription order.
Once you’ve activated your account (a link will be sent to your email), you’ll be able to select any delivery frequency that works best for you.
We want to make sure you have as much control as possible with your subscription:
- Change the frequency of your shipments (every 2, 4, 6 weeks etc…)
- You can change an upcoming shipment date to a date of your choosing (can skip a month)
- Change your shipping address (if the order hasn’t already been picked and packed)
- Add one-time purchases
